Our facility is an Adult Family Home (AFH) that specializes and houses up to three adults from the age of eighteen and up. We can serve adults with (emotional disturbance/mental illness, Developmentally Disabled, Correctional Clients, Advanced Age and Alcohol/Drug Dependent and Traumatic brain injury). Specifically, we cater to individuals who have a high risk of falling and rely on walkers for mobility. To meet their needs, our facility is designed in a flat three-bedroom ranch style.

This is 3 bedroom brick ranch with plaster walls 1134 SF on main + 720 SF in basement. 2.5 car detached garage. This facility is not wheelchair accessible. We have one short step at the primary entrance and a secondary entrance near the kitchen. The home has a private back yard. The doors and hallways are wide enough.
